Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Reston, VA (On-site role)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description:
· Prior working experience in Commerce customer experiences, capabilities, architecture.
· Able to understand the Solution design, System capabilities, Data Models and plan the experience/technical user stories/tickets to the Dev teams
· Able to collaborate with Dev leads for the story/ticket creation for the programs where Solution design is not needed
· Able to understand the API's/Graph's and have hands on experience with Postman, GraphiQL, Swagger GUI tools to analyze API's.
· Prior working experience in Middleware services like REST/Web with JSON and able to design/create API payload's based on the requirement/solution design.
· Able to support triaging root causes in case of any issues in the applications/systems.
· Able to create functional/technical documentations and relative artifacts(Activity/Process flow diagram, High-Level Sequence diagram, Use Case Grid, Impacted Systems and Required Changes, Key Metrics, Rough level of estimate etc.)
· Good Communication skills.
· Good to have development background in Java/.Net/Micro services.
· Good to have experience in handling tools like Rally/Jira
