Job Title: SAP PP/QM Consultant

Location: Jacksonville, FL (On-site role)

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Job Description:

·         Need 10+ys of experience candidates

·         The candidate should have experience in SAP PP and QM modules on both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA 1909.

·         The candidate should have good skills in configuring production planning and quality management master data , sales and operation planning, distributed resource planning material requirement planning, Shop floor execution including both production order and process order, capacity planning, planning strategies, repetitive manufacturing, KANBAN.

·         The candidate should have knowledge on quality management planning, QM in procurement, QM in sales, Inspection lot processing, result recording, quality certificate, defect management ,sample management quality notification.

·         The candidate should have 1-2 full life cycle implementation experience in S/4 HANA 1909. 

·         Good presentation and communication skills are desirable

·         SAP Production Planning

·         Process Order Release and Execution

·         Debugging with programs that fail and interfaces to third-party systems

·         BOM, Recipes, and Production Versions

·         Integration with WM and EWM

·         SAP Configuration using IMG

·         Job Monitoring
