Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Duration: Long term contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Due to additional onboarding requirements, a meet and greet is required for all new hires.
Candidates must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini, Client, or offsite location as indicated by project team to meet with a Capgemini team member prior to starting their assignment.
If the candidate is not local, travel will be required at the expense of the Capgemini project team (will receive project code for vendor to submit invoices in SAP Fieldglass for reimbursement). If travel is involved, will send travel policy document for the candidate to adhere to. If candidate completes selection process / meet and greet and decides to decline offer once process is started, costs will be paid by vendor and not Capgemini."
ServiceNow IRM knowledge, good hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow to external systems using API's (for real-time integrations) & batch integrations using SNow-ETL and other file transfer methods using Python/Unix scripting.
Advanced administrative technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM
Must have experience of ServiceNow IRM,GRC
Must have hands-on experience of integration with 3rd part tools
Hands on experience in ServiceNow UI Pages,UI Macros,Server scripts, client scripts,UI action,UI policies,Script incldues,Inbound email action, Notification,Event
Hands on experience in ServiceNow Workflow & orchestration
Experience in implementing Service Portal
Experience in working with scoped application. Must have through knowledge of scoped applications and scripting in the scoped applications.
Knowledge of how to troubleshoot ServiceNow performance issue
Must have a knowledge of best practices for improving the performance
Must have reporting experience
Must have performance analytics experience / knowledge
Must have Certified ServiceNow Administration certification
Certified Implementation Specialist & Application developer certified will be preferred
