JOB DESCRIPTION
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll, and SAP Compensation Module
• Ability to work with, build/test integrations within EC, Compensation, Payroll and Integrations flow, iflows and integration suite
• Configuration knowledge and technical aptitude within US and Canadian payroll, including wage type set up, garnishments, taxation, and gross to net procesing
• Configuration knowledge and technical aptitude within the SuccessFactors compensation module including plan set up, management of worksheets, eligibility, variable pay, and compensation to employee central integration.
