Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics Warehouse Consultant
Work Location: Charlotte NC

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse Consultant, you will be
responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation,
customization, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse
solutions for our clients. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion Analytics
Warehouse will be critical in providing strategic guidance, designing
solutions, and delivering high-quality services to meet our clients''
business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure
successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Analytics
Warehouse solutions according to client requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Oracle Fusion Analytics
Warehouse architecture, data modeling, and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives,
data sources, and reporting requirements.
• Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics
solutions using Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse tools.
• Perform data integration tasks, including data extraction,
transformation, and loading (ETL), to populate the analytics
warehouse.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to ensure
efficient data processing and query performance.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer
sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse
features, enhancements, and industry trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field. Master''s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion
Analytics Warehouse solutions.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Analytics
Cloud, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications or other Oracle Cloud
offerings is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proven track record of leading successful Oracle Fusion Analytics
Warehouse implementations from concept to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on
delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
consulting environment.
• Oracle certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Architect, Oracle Cloud Data Warehouse Specialist, or Oracle Fusion
Middleware Specialist are a plus.
