Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
1 Experience in setting-up Splunk deployments in Azure ( manually provisioning and configuring Splunk software on Azure VMs).
2 Knowledge of Azure Cloud ( resource group, set-up a virtual network, subnets for Splunk servers, create Azure VMs, Configure Storage accounts, securing splunk deployment with appropriate network security groups and access controls)
3 Execute/Run Test automation cases (pre-defined/designed for AWS and GCP) in Azure Cloud
4 Configure and test infrastructure-level changes to enable communication between different cloud environments (Azure with AWS/GCP))
5 Engage in basic triaging of reported issues, attempting to isolate root causes and potential solutions for cross-cloud scenarios
6 Experience with Splunk Enterprise is a plus
7 Experience with scripting languages ( to read and tweak deployment scripts either using Python/ JavaScript or PowerShell)
8 Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and any container orchestration
