The entire 2 plus MILLION IT CANDIDATE'S database is on an Excel sheet, segregated based on Technologies like Java, Dotnet, Oracle, SAP, etc. Based on your Staffing requirements all you would need is to Key in the required Technologies/Location from the drop-down menu under the column that says Technical skill/ Location, select email IDs of candidates in those technologies, send out ONE email with your requirement on BCC to these candidates to receive their updated resumes into your Inbox. The rest of the database is also on the Excel sheet in the same format as the sample sheet attached to this email
