Role Description:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions to enhance the organization's device management, security, and compliance capabilities.
collaborate with various teams to ensure the effective deployment and maintenance of Intune-based solutions across our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 services and ensure seamless functionality.
- Configure and deploy security policies, compliance settings, and conditional access policies using Microsoft Intune.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Intune-managed devices and applications.
- Stay current with Microsoft Intune updates and industry best practices to optimize and enhance our device management strategies.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff on Microsoft Intune features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure the implementation of robust security measures in compliance with organizational policies.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to improve device management capabilities.
