"Liaison between business and India team for communication during US hours
Production issue resolution
Code debugging
Webmethods Admin Support
Server Maintenance/Restart/Patching
Memory/CPU usage issues resolution
Coordination with Other stakeholders - Business, network team, OS team
Discussions with other partner application.
