Job description :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role, with a strong focus on technical projects. Experience in implementing Chatbot projects is added on.
- Comprehensive understanding of business analysis processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Telecom industry experience is preferred, but not required
