- Ability to process, analyze, interpret insights and detect patterns in large volumes of data
- Critical thinker
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Curiosity and appetite to understand and learn the business context
Technical Skills:
- Background in mathematics or statistics
- Strong experience with Excel, Python, SQL
- Nice to have Hadoop, Spark for large dataset analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau (preferred) or Power BI
