Job Title: Sr. Power Apps Developer Location: 55 Water Street, New York, NY 10041 Duration: 5 months (35 hrs/week) Direct client: NYC Department of Transportation
Skills/Experience: • BA/BS Degree or equivalent, in a technology-related field or other degree preferred. • Advanced-level certifications and/or training in application development. • Power Platform Certification(s) • 7+ years of experience as an MS Power Apps Developer • Adept at embedding Power Apps in SharePoint and custom applications. • Real world programming experience in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, OData, .NET, and/or Angular. • Demonstrable integration experience with various data sources, including OData service, creating views in Data Verse, Azure SQL DB, and Common Data Services. • Well versed with Power Platform CoE, specifically in the role of Administrator. • Expertise in building large-scale information systems. • Previously developed software that had a copious number of legal requirements. • Experience with using UML/Rational tools and/or other design tools. • Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Management. • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence and Decision Support Systems. • General understanding of Agile software development lifecycle. • Prior experience in federal/state/local government projects. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
