Role: Java Architect
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration: Long term
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 10+ years of IT experience designing architectures and delivering solutions including data/integration architecture, technical infrastructure architecture and application architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and effectively prioritize them
· Strong knowledge of REST API’s, JSON, OAUTH and API Management, preferably utilizing Apigee
· Development experience with Java and the Spring framework
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels, and explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to multiple layers of peers and leadership
· Hands on experience in Agile Architecture delivery practices, tools, and execution
· Experience with security, performance, availability, and environment configuration
· Experience with DevOps and data solution testing including CI/CD spanning on prem, cloud and hybrid infrastructures
· Experience in commercial/business banking
· Experience with banking data models and financial services (fintech) systems
