Smart 3D Application Admin
Location: Allentown, PA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•Be the "front line" client support, for dedicated Smart 3D project.

•Work closely with the project Smart 3D Application Analyst on
dedicated project activities around the Smart 3D Application,

•Work closely with other Smart Application Analyst troubleshooting
integration issues.

•Work with other SmartPlant Analysts and Engineering teams to
investigate, test, and deploy new applications and technologies to
benefit the design engineering community on the project.

•Development project configurations as need by the project following
the approval and release process.

•Document work processes for all levels of Smart 3D use and support

•Communications, co-ordination, documentation, minor project
management and advanced troubleshooting.

?As a Smart 3D Application Admin, you will have:

•An Engineering Degree (or equivalent: specialized training,
certification, or appropriate work experience).

•Experience supporting Smart 3D for 4+ years.

•Experience with a Smart Enterprise integrated tool environment.

•Experience using or supporting one or more of the following tools:
SmartPlant PID, SmartPlant Foundation, Bentley MicroStation, Autodesk
AutoCAD preferred, but not required.

•Experience working in a Citrix environment.

•An ability to independently assess and prioritize competing urgent
issues, whilst identifying areas for improvement in design processes
and assist in creating and implementing said solutions.

•General understanding of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure
and processes.

•Ability to effectively work independently and jointly across global,
regional cross-organizational team environments and participate in
virtual projects, work requests or activities, particularly with
design or engineering functions in the process industry for the
enhancement of applications.

•A desire for exposure to new technology opportunities.

•Good troubleshooting and incident management respective to multiple
applications.

•Client Support experience preferred.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a global team
environment.

•Strong problem solving & customer service skills.

•Ability to work with outside service/support providers and other
third-party vendors

•Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases preferred, but
not required.
