Title: - SAP PP (Production Planning) (S/4 Discrete Manufacturing)
Location: Davidson, NC
Duration: Long term contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Required Skills (3 at most): Technology
• Good functional experience with one or more SAP Production Planning and Manufacturing execution module
• 10+ years of knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed
5+ years of implementation experience in S/4 Discrete manufacturing module, overall, 10 years' experience in SAP in the Production planning module
• Experience in interface field mapping and object specification documentation (Specifically Demand/Supply planning interfaces)
• Experience in building interfaces with one of the planning modules like JDA with S/4
• Experience Implementing the below SAP Best practice scope items
• 10+ years in a Delivery role leading an SAP team desired
• 6+ years' experience with client-facing consulting engagements with excellent communication skills
• Proven experience managing and leading small to large teams
# Nice to Have Skills: • Experience with and knowledge of discrete manufacturing in S/4HANA 2020/21/22 is a big plus • SAP certification(s) preferred • Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services (Big 4 preferred)
# Role Responsibilities: • Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and have strong independent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level
• Mentors team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
• Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
• Ability to articulate and present different points of views on various technologies
• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%.
• A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena
