Location: Spring, TX
Duration: Long term contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Engineer
Location: SPRING, TX, Onsite. We need somebody local, or willing to travel to client location when required.
1. Prioritize candidates with real world Databricks experience, ideally with 4 to 5 years of hands-on involvement.
2. Look for candidates with a background as an Architect/Senior Data Engineer.
3. For this timeseries, role we need a candidate that worked in Spark Streaming workloads and built ingestion frameworks
4. Seek candidates who are highly proficient in Pyspark, SparkSQL, and Python and very hands on in development.
5. Prefer individuals who are independent contributors, proactive, take ownership of their work, and exhibit leadership qualities.
6. Give preference to candidates familiar with the Azure cloud platform tech stack.
