Requirement application is built on .Net, Delphi and SQL Server.
Supporting the delivery by conducting bug fixing, Enhancement and performance improvement.
Tasks to perform :
Design, develop, and maintain Delphi applications and components.
Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and develop solutions.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
Create code that allows you to store, read, and use data in your apps.
Design and develop databases.
Organize projects and meet deadlines.
Identify and analyze client requirements and work to design applications that satisfy those requirements.
Perform unit testing, troubleshoot Delphi Windows applications, and support each commonly used version of Delphi.
Understand the existing application functionalities Working on the application requirements and enhancement Improve the existing application performance Analyse and understand the existing code and business logics Collaborates with developers to understand the functional and technical aspects of application Collaborates with developers on application improvement ideas
Document the activities which are performed in enhancement
Mandatory :
Candidate should have hands on experience in Delphi
Experience in .Net language and SQL Server is added advantage
Strong Analytical and communication skills
(1.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (2.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (3.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. (4.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
