Position : Sr. UX/UI Designers
Location : Blue Ash, OH (Hybrid Role)

Key Responsibilities
Design Collaboration:
· Minimum Position Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in Product Design, User Experience, User Interface, User Research or related field
· Any experience in an Agile software environment
· Proficient using design and authoring tools such as Figma
· In-depth understanding of UI and design systems; knowledge of latest design trends and their role in the commercial environment
· Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
· Portfolio demonstrating previous experience in UI and problem-solving approaches
· Ability to make deliberate, customer driven design decisions that translate high-level requirements into thoughtful, intuitive, functional interfaces
· Work closely with Senior Product Designers, product managers, software engineers, other designers, and user researchers.
· Foster seamless collaboration within the design team and cross-functional stakeholders.
· Design Execution:
· Take ownership of design tasks for specific project phases or sub-phases.
· Apply user-centered design principles and methodologies to create compelling interaction designs.
· Hands-on Design Work:
· Actively engage in hands-on design work, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables.
· Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
· User Research Participation:
· Collaborate with Senior Product Designers and user researchers in user research activities.
· Gather insights to inform and iterate on design decisions.
· Design Quality Assurance:
· Uphold design quality standards by participating in design reviews.
· Deliver high-quality design assets.
· User-Centric Focus:
· Advocate for user needs and user-centric design throughout the design process.
· Ensure the customer remains at the center of all design decisions.
· Innovation and Experimentation:
· Embrace innovation and experimentation in the design process.
· Explore creative design solutions and participate in design thinking workshops.
· Design Thinking Workshop Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Senior Product Designers and cross-functional teams to plan and facilitate design thinking workshops.
· Apply design thinking methodologies to guide participants in ideation, problem-solving, and creating user- centric solutions.
· Encourage creativity, foster innovation, and ensure an inclusive and collaborative environment during workshops.
· Design Systems:
· Collaborate with the design systems team to work with reusable design components and create design patterns that meet user needs.
· Propose changes and enhancements to the design system when gaps exist, being intentional with divergence based on user and business needs.
· Business Acumen Development:
· Deepen understanding of business goals and their impact on design decisions.
· Align design efforts with strategic company goals and market trends to drive business success.
· Demonstrate a grasp of market and industry trends to inform design strategies.
