Job Title : Senior DevOps Engineer
Location : Tampa, FL (On-site role)
Duration : 6-12 Months
Must Have:
· CLOUD SERVICES: Amazon Web Services (EC2, ECS, RDS, VPC, S3, ROUTE53, SNS, Cloud front, EBS, ELB, Cloud watch, Elastic beanstalk), Microsoft Azure
· CONFIGURATION TOOLS: Ansible, Chef, Puppet
· CI/CD TOOLS: Jenkins, Bamboo, Team City
· AUTOMATION CONTAINER: Docker, Kubernetes
· BUILD TOOLS: MAVEN, Gradle
· VERSION CONTROL TOOLS: GIT, SVN, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Bit bucket
· PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES: C, C, Core Java, Ruby, Python, UNIX Shell Scripting
· DATABASE SERVERS: Oracle, MySQL, Mongo DB, Cassandra, SQL Server
· WEB/APPLICATION SERVERS: Web Logic, JBoss, Apache Tomcat
Job Description:
• Create CICD pipeline using Jenkins
• Automate any manual task using Ansible in order to avoid manual tasks.
• Automate all the configuration of Splunk using Ansible and Jenkins
• Rehydrate AWS servers in timely manner
• Configure the AWS servers with application specific dependencies and attach the DNS alias after through validation.
• Onboard Splunk integration on to multiple applications across GYDV
• Troubleshoot any issues related Splunk logging and resolve them.
• Enhance and Build CICD pipelines which is compatible with multi languages(python, Java, Go)
• Address any AWS infra related issues from the dev. teams.
• Creating Jenkins jobs for developers to configure Log stash on their app servers for log monitoring.
• Enhance the Splunk configuration automation for apps which are enabled with Auto scaling.
