We are looking for a Workday Consultant who is recruiting, onboarding, and reporting know-how combined with HR knowledge. Workday Consultant will also be responsible for providing ongoing support and maintenance of Workday instance.
Primary Skills
• Experience with Workday HCM system.
• Workday Recruiting consultant with 3-5 years of experience.
• Workday HCM/Recruiting certification is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience using the Workday Implementation Methodology on implementation and phase x projects.
Secondary Skills
• Expertise in Workday Core HCM, and Recruiting
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
• Responsible for managing full cycle recruitment ensuring a high-touch positive client and candidate experience.
• Understand the business requirements and processes in order to configure Workday appropriately.
• Experience in configuration of Recruiting dynamic BPs and HCM touchpoints.
• HR Recruiting requirements good understanding of Workday Security.
• Lead and participate in system testing activities such as data validation, regression testing, and end-user acceptance testing.
• Develop training materials and lead user training sessions on new Workday functionality.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytic skills required.
• Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and updates and recommend changes or enhancements to improve system efficiency.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure that Workday solutions are delivered successfully.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, system configuration, and test plans.
• Workday Consultants need skills in Communication, Time Management, Organisation, Problem Solving, and Technology.
• Self-motivated, highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
• Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
• Ability to manage change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes and systems implications.
