Job Description:
Test the computer hardware against different OS build.
Analyze the test results and modify the design as needed.
Update existing computer equipment so that it will work with new software.
Designing engineering experiments.
Creating technical reports for customers.
Good understanding of the BIOS environment.
Technical aspect of the Intel & AMD architecture.
Must have strong troubleshooting skills on Intune – Autopilot area.
Must have strong troubleshooting skills on Windows – Imaging & windows recovery environment
Good knowledge of writing PowerShell scripting.
Good knowledge of WinPE and WinRE environment.
Good knowledge of Driver troubleshooting.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Hardware and windows Imaging experience
Must have experience in Intune autopilot area.
