Position:- Digital UX Senior Consultant
Location:- German Town, MD
NOTE :- Candidate must have over all minimum 10+ Years of experience.
Job Description :-
- UX Research & Interviews with users, clients, stakeholders. Market research on companies and latest UX & Design trends.
- Analyze and bring out actionable insights and details from available User data & research.
- Understand the requirements and design User Journeys, Empathy Mapping, Personas modelling, Information architecture of applications across devices utilizing proper methods.
- Create use cases, understand & document requirements, flow diagrams, taxonomy definitions, mind maps, site maps, and High fid / Low Fid wireframes
- Should be able to observe, research, analyze and Design the best experience across devices.
- Must be an excellent visualizer and analyst.
- Create personas, case studies, use cases, understand & Document requirements, flow diagrams, taxonomy definitions, mind maps, site maps, and High fid / Low Fid wireframes
- Collaborate with Visual Designer to bring out the optimal visual experience.
- Collaborate with UI Developer to bring out optimal functional experience.
- Conduct Usability Testing
- Review the application for optimal experience at various points to provide course correction.
Qualifications
B.Des. / M.Des. / Diploma in User Experience Design from reputed Institutes
- Psychology knowledge or certification will be a value add
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good understanding of User Research techniques, documentation, questionnaires, system study, gap analysis.
- Good sketching skills
- Excellent design skills in interactive and functional interaction design.
- Previous experience with a User Experience Design firm will be preferred.
Working conditions
This role requires a lot of interpersonal collaboration and coordination. So excellent communication, interactive and client facing skills are a must.
Must be a good team player.
Should be able to manage multiple teams/ projects if required
Software Knowledge
· Axure
· Adobe XD
· Figma
· Sketch
· InVision Studio
· Other tools like Affinity Designer, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Adobe Animate would be added advantage.
