Job Description:
· Bachelor of Computer Science is preferred, or a similar qualification
· Minimum 2+ years of chatbot development experience on coding or low code platforms (LivePerson, IBM Watson, Kore.AI, Yellow.AI, Uniphore etc.)
· Developers will be responsible to develop, test, deploy, chatbot on appropriate but not limited to Live Person platform and tools
· Should have experience in developing Chatbots for various channels (Web, Facebook, Messenger, Whatsapp, SMS, etc) using bot platforms or raw code is desired
· Should have experience in troubleshooting bots, debug, and deploy chatbots on various channels
· Experience working with REST APIs and JSON. JavaScript skills will be an Add On
· Fundamental knowledge and experience in MySQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
· Sound knowledge of AI/chatbot development landscape, tools, and other frameworks
· As a Bot Developer, you will participate in project design and development stages from the concept to final hand-off to the Business.
· Discuss the development and key milestone deliverables with peers and stakeholders.
· Participate in creating guidelines, best practices, and standards of bot-featured deliverables.
· Perform demonstrations for client stakeholders on project features and sub-features,
which utilizes bot solutions

Job Description:
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in designing conversational flows/conversation designs.
· The person will be majorly responsible for requirement elicitation and transform the requirements in conversation design
· Hands on experience on Designing Conversation Scripts, Bot Responses and user journey to create consumerfacing Chat-bots with personality, character and human user interactions.
· Creative thinking of user's conversational journey with a bot. Identifying different ways in which a user can speak with a Bot
· Experience in collaborating with development team while actual chat-bot building process takes place
· Regularly attend meetings with Project managers, Product Owners and Client to discuss the prerequisites, use cases and build conversational Designs using various tools
· Hands on experience of working on conversation designing tools Lucid Charts, MS Visio, however not limited to these tools
· Travel background would be an add on and should be able to understand the terminologies in the travel domain
· Excellent communication and writing skills. Exceptional creative thinking, writing and persona building skills
· Innovative thinker with the ability of designing creative solutions.
· Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence, collaborate and communicate to internal resources and external vendors.
