Position : Data Warehouse and BI
Location : Portland, OR (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration : 12+ Months Contract
Position Description:
· Power BI , Tableau , SQL , Alteryx, SAP Hana, Data Analysis, Microsoft Azure(Nice to have)
· Partner with customers to understand business intelligence and reporting requirements supporting business processes, BI & Data analytics applications, and insights
· Analyze user requirements and identify the gaps, provide a gap analysis and create the required documentation.
· Working with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver actionable insights through best-in-class BI dashboards & data visualizations. Gathering global business requirements, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices and translating the global requirements into user stories and user story grooming.
· Prioritizing user stories based on business impact (productivity, increased revenue) and aligning user stories to a release and collaborate daily within a scrum team and other cross-functional team members.
· Defining a clear product vision and identifying growth opportunities
· Manages business/user's expectations with regards to prioritization and status
· Design and develop data models in SAP HANA using graphical views, scripted views, Table functions, procedures and Queries.
· Develop end-user reports/dashboards to analyze complex data from multiple sources and analyze large data sets to uncover deep business insights using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx & SAP Analytics cloud
· Support the development of solutions, advice on options, risks, costs, and impact on other business processes and/or systems.
· Perform the unit test, managing the quality deployment activities, go-live activities, including Pre and Post-deployment activities.
· Provide the last Level of Support for production-related problems on these components and Support of key end-users with day-to-day activities
· Monitor system performance jobs and provide first response to reported production incidents followed by resolution or escalation as necessary.
