Job Title : Workday Lead Consultant
Location : Atlanta, GA (Initially Remote)
Duration : 12 Months
Job Description:
· Lead Workday releases and new feature implementations partnering with HR product teams on change management.
· Define/refine DevOps metrics. Ensure appropriate plans are developed to mitigate the “reds” and lead projects, as required, to meet the desired metric goals.
· Develop, standardize, and sustain daily management systems based on metrics to deliver on Workday DevOps goals.
· Lead compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to IT Risk policies. Support internal and external audits as required.
· Collaborate with HR product teams to identify Workday product gaps/issues and partner with Workday to resolve those to meet requirements.
· Partner with other work streams to align on release and testing plans.
· Coordinate dependencies between the HR product areas and ensure alignment to release goals.
· Work to remove impediments and facilitate continuous improvements in DevOps processes.
· Guide and coach products teams in agile best practices to ensure successful implementation of Workday modules and projects.
· Execute in a fast-paced delivery mode and focus on delivering tasks to meet the product release goals while aligning to DevOps governance processes.
· Experience in DevOps tools like Rally
