Job Description:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Program Management in the Enterprise/Commercial domain within the telecom space
Demonstrated background of managing complex programs in the Enterprise/Commercial domain within the telecom space
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
Proven ability to lead order to cash and work flow automation projects
Must be very detail oriented and ability to manage/prioritize tasks for yourself and others
Demonstrated ability to ask probing questions to drive out issue root cause and/or requirement/solution gaps
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions within project teams and with executive leadership
Background with customer care, ordering and billing platforms
Background in Work Order Automation
Background in SFDC or Pega
