Job Description:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis in the Enterprise/Commercial domain
· Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
· Proven ability to take complex issues and summarize/simplify the issue and associated business impact
· Must be very detail oriented and ability to manage/prioritize tasks for yourself and others
· Demonstrated ability to ask probing questions to drive out issue root cause and/or requirement/solution gaps
· Demonstrated background in process development and documentation
· Demonstrated ability to influence decisions within project teams
· Background in the customer care, ordering and billing platforms
· Background in Work Order Automation
· Background in SFDC or Pega
