RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB DESCRIPTION

"ITSM Architect:

Qualification

•Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes with proven track record in ITSM. Experience with ITSM software (ServiceNow, BMC, JIRA, OTR etc.)

•Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow implementations and programming skill required

•System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP

•Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and integration to other ITSM application.

•Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities for ex – Integration Hub.

•Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications. Hands-on experience working with relational databases.

•ServiceNow administration experience.

•ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is a plus.

Responsibilities

•Define, architect/design and deliver ITSM integration solution according to business requirements - Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration across other ITSM (Bi-direction integrations)

•Develops the ITSM Service Catalogues, Dashboards, automations with technical solutions, implement them and performs the component integration tests

•Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.

•Define, deliver, and promote best practices for ITSM platform standards and best practices

•Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow integrations (for Ex – FlowDesigner etc.)

•Ability to recognize potential and actual issues, needs and opportunities for improvement in the implementation of ITSM integrations and service management practices.

•Promote & adopt automation and efficiency
