- Collaborate with Process owners to understand current process and align the new process with best practices
- Ensure that the newly defined process meets the safety and compliance needs of the organization / operation
- Should have implemented as in part of a new warehouse management system
- Understand the operational process on how to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely and efficient picking and packing of orders
- Understand the operational process on how to manage the stocking based on the item type and also reconciling inventory
- Ability to ask and drive the right questions to analyzing and improving warehouse operations
- Ability to lead and improve efficiency and productivity in a warehouse setting
- Should have experience dealing with an operation that has dealt with change in demand and or operation upscaling
- Should have experience developing and implementing new warehouse processes and procedures (SOPs)
