Job Title : Splunk Engineer
Location : Atlanta GA ( Remote )
Duration : 12 Months Contract
Client Technologies:
· Splunk Cloud / Splunk Enterprise / Splunk Enterprise Security (SIEM)
· New Relic, Cribl, and more
· GitHub, Python, Ansible, Terraform
· RedHat Linux, Windows Server, F5 Load Balancers, Cisco Networks, AWS, Azure
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
· Operational activities to support logging data onboarding, normalization, troubleshooting
· Rendering insights from onboarded data to produce Alerts, Dashboards, and Reports
· Balance project and Service Now Queue work in a fun, dynamic, complex, and fast paced environment
Minimum Qualifications Required:
· Minimum 4+ years of experience with SPLUNK in ALL of the following areas
· Deployment Server Administration via CLI
· UF/HF Troubleshooting and installation for Linux/Windows
· Data onboarding within a large-scale Enterprise environment
· Splunk Knowledge Object troubleshooting/provisioning
· Advanced Splunk Programming Language (SPL) experience to work with multiple large data sets on complex solutions
· Strong network and Linux experience within an enterprise environment
· Splunk Certified Admin
· Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
· Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
