Job Description:
• Minimum years of experience required: 5 years
· As you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
· As a thought leader in Power Utilities domain across Work and Asset Management processes, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
This job requires the following areas of major skills and experience:
• Experience in Work and Asset management processes across Gas and Electric Utilities
• Experience of Work Initiation, Planning, Scheduling, Execution and Closure functions across Capital Work Management, Outage Work Management, Planned Maintenance Work and Storms Work management business processes
• Experience in IBM Maximo implementation projects
• Experience in distribution operations or transmission operations
• Experience in capital planning processes and outage management processes.
• Experience in any Analytics tool is preferable
• Understanding of the Standard Software development cycle
Responsibilities:
• Candidate is expected to be located in St. Louis and will need to travel to client Operating Centers. No Flyback. Travel, Accomodation, Fuel and food expenses during the travel to OC and the stay there are claimable at actuals.
• Answering any questions posed by business users about the current Maximo process that has been rolled out. These could be as simple as understanding the current work flow assignment and knowing what is next in the workflow, to as complex as understanding the accounting logic and help correcting the accounting errors. Other areas could include help in understanding issues with the Integrations, CU Estimating, Service Requests, etc.
Daily Activities can include but are not limited to:
• In-Person Support for any questions asked by the end user
• War Room Support via chat
• Analysis of Issues reported by the end user’s to determine if it is a user error or system defect.
