Job Description:

• Full understanding of the Infor XA SCM and/or Finance Modules and Database version 9.1.2.

• Experience with IDF business objects creation and configuration.

• Ability to write and execute complex SQL /Queries/SFTP for reporting and extract purposes.

• Good analytical and Communication skills.

• Prior experience in conducting Discovery/ Blueprint/ Business processes workshops is preferred.



Key Responsibilities:

• As-Is process study, documentation and mapping As-Is processes to the corresponding XA process.

• Prepare and compile Business Process Documents (To-Be Processes) in line with business process flows in ERP XA best business practices and initiate sign-offs.

• Ability to conduct day in the life for users and resolve their queries and issues.

• Support and actively participate in product testing with focus on reviewing/reconciling functionality with original requirements.

• Account for business content and functionality and understand how customers use the product. Translate this information into effective design documentation, test cases, help text and user documentation.

• Gather and advise on necessary business inputs required to design the business requirements.

• Recommend and design optimal business processes and reporting requirements.

• Take necessary actions to resolve functional and integration issues.

• Collate and standardize Reports, screen Layouts and Interfaces.

• Support standardization initiatives – business processes and reporting formats.

• Understand and perform configuration activities – Update configuration documents.

• Provide Functional specifications for enhancements, reports, layout-sets, etc.
