Job Description:
Skills / Requirements:
• Full understanding of the S21 Finance Modules and Database versions 3.1 and 2.2.
• Ability to write and execute complex SQL /Queries/SFTP for reporting and extract purposes.
• Knowledge of Infor product Doc Connect
• Primary focus on the LATAM region. Based in LATAM region would be preferred.
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Spanish would be an advantage
• ILE programming and Java an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Following the Global Implementation Blueprint Template, working as part of the BUIT team.
• Configuration of each S21 implementation / upgrade across multiple regions and entities, needs are met whilst using full understanding of Finance and reporting processes.
• Configuration in S21 of reused or new localizations / integrations, collaborating with the solution design team.
• Collaboration with the localization/Integration delivery team to ensure project plan milestones are met and solution designs meet business and legal/fiscal requirements.
• Collaborating with the Regional Deployment Managers on Project Plans, cutover tasks, dry runs and Go Live activities. Supporting the business throughout these Cycles.
• Collaborate with Process and Solution lead to ensure product and process quality.
• Communicate & Collaborate with teams such as ITS, Localization Team or Solution Architects to ensure deployments are executed to plan.
• Ability to collaborate on software integrations, feeds or API's from both a technical and functional perspective with understanding and contribution of interface Mappings.
• Reviewing of internal functional specifications or vendor quotations/functional specifications in the context of planning for application design, construction and technical testing considerably complex solutions
• Participation in Solution Design workshops for assigned countries.
• Ability to conceptualize a solution of significant scope across multiple applications and/or platforms
• Effective assessment of considerably complex project risks and development of timely, proactive plans to mitigate risk factors
• Execute triage, test, and validate deliverables to enable handover to the business.
• Managing Change Requests in existing/new global interfaces for ERP3.1 Core system collaborating with the Localization and integration team.
• Document, Handover and Support to the S21 ERP Configuration team and update of assigned RTC's (workflow management tool)
• Ensure that deliverables meet documented requirements, are high quality, and are completed on schedule or early.
• Operate effectively in a high change environment.
• Meet aggressive deadlines and provide quick but efficient turnaround.
