Job Title: QA Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX but open to Boston or New Hampshire (candidates will be required to go on-site 1 week per month)
Duration: 12+ Months
Must haves:
- 10+ years of software product experience working on commercially available software
- 7+ years of relevant technical experience and experience in test automation
- Java Selenium Cucumber based framework
- SQL simple select queries to complex joins across multiple tables
- Rest assured
- Insomnia
- Maven
- Git
- JDBC Library
- API automation
Description:
• BS / BA or equivalent education or experience
• Proven experience in Agile / Scrum methodology
• Hands on experience with crafting and maintaining testing frameworks like Junit, Test Runner, Selenium (TestNG)
• Solid understanding a common scripting language such as Java, JavaScript, C++
• Good understanding of web services testing and familiarity with Rest Assured is preferred
• Good understanding of Jenkins as CI Tool and configuration
• Experience with SQL databases and Complex SQL Queries
• Experience with Data Mining and back-end table.
• Experience with Mid-tier and Backend Testing. NOT UI testing
• Highly collaborative individual with ability to influence others and build strong partner relationships internally, as well as externally
• Hands-on experience driving innovation process from end-to-end
• Background in DevOPS environment is preferred
