Job Title : Voice Network Engineer
Location : Atlanta, GA (100% Remote)
Duration : 12+ Months
Job description:
· Experience in working with Voice Solutions, specific to Genesys Cloud
· Any prior experience with Customer Care Voice Technology Operations support
· Network or any Industry Voice Certifications are a Plus
· Handle SNOW requests and Incidents during support coverage hours
· Execute support tickets as directed by Client FTE’s and Managers
· Follow Standard operating procedures and ensure the SNOW tickets are timely updated and closed
· 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
· Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in Voice technology support.
· Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
· Performs a variety of tasks related to handling incidents and requests.
· Works under general supervision.
· A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
