- SAFe certification, RTE or SPC and Scrum Master Certification
- The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in information technology management, has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve and a track-record of successfully leading PI planning, aligning teams, and facilitating transparency across teams and stakeholders
- The candidate must be SAFe certified, experienced with programs in transformation
- The RTE position requires a solid comprehension of Lean Agile frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe™) and Agile metrics
- Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of Agile and product development methodologies
- 6-8 years of leading at scale agile initiatives as a RTE
- Must have experience in organizing, directing and managing activities related to building and maintaining software releases for their promotion to the production environment
- Must possess a strong technical background in information technology management and strong knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies. Healthcare experience preferred.
- Must have strong program and project management skills and excellent presentation and communication skills
- Servant-leadership skills and agile mindset
- Effective decision-making experience under challenging conditions
