JOB DESCRIPTION
Mandatory: US CITIZEN ONLY
6-12 Yrs of Experienced US Citizen to work on ITAR Environment.
Experience with Tableau admin, server configuration, Installation, patching and upgrading of Tableau tool across the environments Should have understanding on both On-prem and Cloud tableau servers.
Experience with Develop, Design and Support Interactive on Tableau and other visualization tools.
Experience in providing application support and maintenance services of developed Tableau and other BI reporting solutions like Power BI, Alteryx etc.,
Experience with Tableau performance issues due to server capacity and self-service
Support implemented Visualization solutions by monitoring and tuning queries and data loads, addressing user questions concerning data integrity, and communicating functional and technical issues.
Experience working with Tableau 2021.x and familiarity with Tableau s JavaScript API.
Design and implement proof of concept solutions and create advanced BI visualizations
Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, technical risks, and recommend permanent solutions to issues Capability to enable users to interact with the data and develop their own data insights using Tableau and other visualization tools (Self-service enablement)
Experience in Power BI capacity and Tenant administration
Experience with common problems coming from self-serve enablement and how to overcome them without business impact.
Ability in effectively using best practices in Business Intelligence while implementing the visualization solutions. Ability to facilitate and coordinate discussion and to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
Translate business requirements into efficient visualizations and reporting
Should have excellent communication and creative thinking skills
Experience with connecting and blending multiple data sources. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Experience with SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Alteryx and other visualization tools is big +.
Skills: Some experience with SQL, .Net
Applications or other programming languages
Experience with SSIS and general administrative data experience
Experience with the techniques of CQI/TQM and statistical process control methodology
Experience with visualization software (Tableau, Spot fire, Qlikview, d3.js)
Understanding of best-in-class model and data configuration and development processes
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
Strong understanding of relational databases
Conveys specific, observable, and/or measurable expectations for each assignment, and verifies understanding and agreement on deliverables and timeframes
Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
