Manage and Lead Scrum Team for 8+ years
Scrum and Safe Certified Professionals
Analyze current business processes
Work with clients to understand requirements
Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to support recommendations
Oversee implementation of projects from inception to completion
Use a variety of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights
Improve training and operational procedures to increase productivity
Sharp problem-solving, analytical and innovation skills
Excellent communication skills.
