Job Title : Windows Admin
Location : Atlanta, GA ( Onsite Opportunity )
Duration : 12 Months
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a SME with basic experience in Windows Administration and knowledge in Hardware Troubleshooting and Networking
· Basic knowledge on Windows or Linux administration
· Operating system installation and Imaging
· Laptop and Desktop configuration and management
· Hands on experience on Network configurations
· Has basic experience as an administrator that has supported Windows environments in both bare metal and highly virtualized environments.
· Basic knowledge on VMWare systems administrator to implement and support the systems in the environment
· Basic understanding of the infrastructure at the network, load balancers (F5 Big IP), security, and storage layers.
· Support deployment, change management, and perform root cause analysis for service interruption issues.
· Document technical requirements and processes.
· Skill in performing routine operations tasks and their automation. Routine tasks include system monitoring, reviewing system and application logs, and production support
· Knowledge on system monitoring tools
· Excellent communication skills, be able to interpret and discuss information with both tech and non-tech decision makers
· Strong Problem-solving & Analytical skills
