Detailed Job Description:
· Must have 8-10 years of IT experience with min. 5+ years in Pega platform (Senior Developer role).
· Must be CSSA certified.
· Expertise in implementing various PRPC components like Class Structure Design, Connect-Rest, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness rules, Section rules, Decision rules, Integration rules, Listeners, Activities, Declarative rules and reporting features.
· Working experience on Integrations (Connect-SOAP, Connect-REST), SLA, Agents etc.
· Must have worked with Clipboard and Tracer for troubleshooting issues.
· Experience in PRPC best practices and guardrail warnings.
· Good to have BDD Cucumber Automation testing knowledge for Pega applications.
· Good knowledge on Agile SDLC methodology.
· Participate in daily scrum calls, play key role in backlog grooming, sprint planning, demonstrations and sprint retrospective meetings.
· Strong analytical abilities and good communication skills.
· Should be able to provide guidance, mentoring and support to the team members.
Certifications Needed: Yes Pega CSSA
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Pega Development, Defects fixing and Migration related activities.
2. Interact with customer and participate in business and requirements gathering and Sprint Demo sessions.
3. Offshore coordination.
