Job Title: SAP Group Reporting Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL (50% remote 50% onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:
SAP Group Reporting Consultant is a hands-on solution expert of SAP S/4HANA Finance - Group Reporting. The solution area includes Master Data Management, Data Collection, Intercompany Data Matching, Group Journal Entries, Consolidation Process, Fiori Reporting and Analysis Office Reporting.
The consultant hosts gap analysis workshop, provides solution proposal, delivers functional design document, set up system process, develop customized objects when appropriate, delivers technical design document, develop reports, and facilitate change management activities.
The day-to-day work is arranged by CF IT project lead and will work closely with project manager, business lead and key users.

Job Responsibilities:
Actively participate and be an integrated part of SAP Group Reporting Implementation.
Strong knowledge of finance consolidation data and process.
Bring in Group Reporting implementation project experience. Support project manager with matured implementation methodology. Help on planning tasks and timelines.
Understand business requirement in current BPC data, process, and reports.
Match business requirement with Group Reporting functions, identify gap and solutions, then work with CF business to choose the reasonable solutions.
Demonstrate experience on Group Reporting solution design and deliver. Must have successful cases on delivering standard, simple, optimized, and reasonable solutions.
Have thorough understanding on Extensibility technique in Group Reporting. Must be able to develop custom fields and logic in timely fashion.
Strong solution and development capability in Group Reporting data area - master data management, Data Release, Data Mapping, ANI calculation, Forms, Formulas, Comments, Ad Hoc Items, validation, and Group Journal Entries.
Strong solution and development capability in Group Reporting process area - Intercompany Data Matching, Currency Conversion, Reclassification, Intercompany Elimination, Investment and Equity Elimination and Carryforward.
Strong solution and development capability in report area -Fiori Analysis Apps, dynamic or fixed template reports on Analysis for Office, Statical Key Figure data and report design.
Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements ?????€? verbally or through written documentation ?????€? to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
