TITLE: Java Developer - No C2C!!
Location: Wilmington, DE or Jersey City (Hybrid)
Our financial services client is searching for a Java Developer to join their team.
What You'll Do:
- Develop Team Central application as part of the product suite.
- Front end in Angular 13+, API code in Java, database in Oracle.
- This is an Agile Scrum team development process with daily scrum meetings, regular use of JIRA to plan and track work, working with product owner in New York and peer developers in Delaware
- Advanced Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Ability to work in Jira, Git, and Confluence
- Experience with JavaScript and/or Angular development
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- Full stack skills in one or more modern programming languages (ideally Java)
- Database experience a plus
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
- Experience working in a cloud environment
- Nice to have: Strong database skills in Oracle and front-end with Angular
