Financial Services Experience
Banking preferred
Merger and IT integration Experience
Managed this size of team
Strong Execution, Implementation and Solution Delivery Background
Similar Circumstances, Pressure and Tight Time frames
Experience working with Leadership to communicate/report and Delivery teams to execute/track and manage Risks and Issues
Prefer Prior TIAA Experience
Identity Services Experience business or IT More focus on team management, strong execution and delivery and issue and risk management
Less Focus on accounting, staffing, estimation, budgeting
