BigData Developer
Work location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: Long term contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 7+ years of relevant technology experience in one of the leading Big Data Stacks, preferably in the Mobile Communications industry, in Enterprise Architecture and Data Management programs.
• 4+ Years of experience with Spark is must.
• 3 + Years of Experience with Big Data, SQL & NoSQL platforms and technologies, specifically hands-on experience with one or more major Hadoop distributions and various ecosystem components (MapReduce, MLLib, Hive, Impala, HBase, Spark, Airflow, Tableau etc.)
• Should have experience either in Cloudera or Hortonworks
• Strong, in-depth experience in data modeling and experience with business intelligence systems (dimensional modeling, data mining, predictive analytics).
• Experience in designing and developing high-volume mission critical transactional data integration solutions.
• Good Knowledge on Unix Schell Scripting
• Good communication skills
• Good to have experience on Java or Python.
• Good to have experience with data visualization tools
• Good to have exposure to Amdocs Billing System Data Model & MoneyMap application
