AR Functional Analyst - Invoice Focus
Work Location: GREENVILLE (US:29615), SC

The Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Analyst provides end-to-end solutions that address client's business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle E-Business Suite.
ORACLE''S COMPLETE Order to Cash Implementation EXPERIENCE with FINANCE EXPERTISE is expected in Oracle AR, Tax, Credit Management Modules.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the business analyst to understand the business requirements around tax management, AR Invoice generation and Payment Application.
• Create functional design document for each RICE objects based on the above business requirement.
• Update BR100 and create functional setups as required.
• Help the developer understand the functional design document so that the customizations are built as per the requirements.
• Document the test cases, execute the tests and report out the test results.
• Help the business with UAT testing, Golive/Hypercare support.

Collaborate with:
- Product Owners: Works with Product Owners to refine scope and escalates any gaps
- Squad: Works closely with the Squad to provide clarifications on user stories.
- SCRUM Masters: Attends and contributes to the ceremonies organized by the SCRUM Masters. (e.g.
- Provide updates during the daily stand-ups, Thoughts on how to work better during the retrospectives, etc.)

Required Skills:

• Must have strong implementation experiences in O2C projects with focus on AR, Tax, Payment Processor, Credit Management and InterCompany.
• Strong focus on AR Invoice Generation from OM, Invoice Grouping, Payment Term simplification, Discount/Offers, tax rules.
• Must have the project deployment experiences including data conversion, user acceptance
• testing, user training, cutover and post go-live support.
• Ability to apply systematic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to
• execute
• Ability to propose optional solutions based on business requirements and market best practices.
• 10 + years with Oracle eBusiness Suite
• Require documentation and business requirement analysis skills
• Very strong interpersonal skills to develop strong partnership with stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with the team

Nice to Have Skills:

• I-Receivable knowledge.
• Basic Order Management lifecycle.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 10 years of experiences in the IT profession.
