- Extensive ServiceNow knowledge
- Will need to be able to navigate the tool and leverage it for change tickets, as well as reporting and dashboarding.
- Atlassian knowledge (Jira and Confluence).
- Will be expected to have a release confluence page that tracks the releases, as well as links to respective Jira stores when necessary.
- A good understanding of Change Management, ITIL, Configuration Management and CMDB process.
- These processes will be expected to be followed and enforced by release management on prior and during the releases.
- Great communication and collaboration skills as they will be expected to assist with project releases that require multiple teams.
