Role Description:
- Ability to liaison between business and technology teams, understanding business needs and translating needs into IT requirements
- Elicit functional and non-functional requirements using various business analysis principles such as thorough understanding of existing systems and interdependencies, document analysis, requirements workshops etc
- Business process management - Ability to perform current state analysis of existing systems and develop to-be process maps and identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Engage with supporting teams such as UI/UX, middleware, database, mainframe etc
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, possessing excellent analytical, verbal, writing and organizational skills
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and teammates
- Support system and user acceptance testing efforts, technology release events and participate in post release validation efforts
- Experience working in a Waterfall and Agile SDLC environments
