Role : Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Location : Columbus, IN 47201(Initially Remote)
Duration : 12 Months
Minimum years of experience*: 8+ years
Job Details:
• As an Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Consultant, you will be responsible for partnering with various CMI IT teams (Common Services Team, HR IT, Global Information Security, etc.), HR business team, HR Systems Vendors, and Cummins global preferred vendors for the Oracle HCM Cloud implementation integrations delivery, including any other HR Systems Implementation and Support.

Required Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience with HCM Cloud and more than 10 years overall ERP experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• Experience on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation projects or similar ERP/SaaS/in-house applications
• Required to have at least 3 to 4 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with a technical lead or Data migration lead role
• Experience working with global users and teams
• Driving the conversion data mapping workshops, transformation requirements and selection criteria mappings for data extraction
• Strong Oracle SQL & PL/SQL skills (FBDi, HDL, BI Publisher, PL/SQL)
• Act as the main point of contact for data mapping and conversion as well as the associated requirements from the legacy to future state system
• Work with functional team members to identify business requirements and different applications integration
• Understand the cloud architecture and design for leading the overall technical development.
• Work with team on technical issues and provide support for development tasks.
• Lead technical design and development of all technical components.
• Provide validation of technical design.
• Finalize Strategy for Data Conversion.
• Support solution validation in the phases of SIT, UAT and Go Live.
