- Conduct daily defect triage meeting to analyse defect severity, priority, sub-system and to ensure assignment to appropriate teams for resolution and to escalate defects according to deadline and urgency of project deliverables
- Hold Weekly defect overview meeting with Lead System Engineers and Project Engineers to review all defects logged on weekly bases to ensure that must needed defects are fixed for a given customer
- Manage various customer projects, drive releases to ensure requirements are met, conduct design/requirement reviews at different stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Principal Engineers and Project Stake Holders
- Create Test plan in DOORS for Sanity Test request on software release based on the customer configuration
- Merge software changes from baseline branch to release branches and vice-versa and to perform validation to ensure mandatory defect fixes and implantation are available across different branches
- Run static analysis scan on software files, fix defects and request exception on unresolved vulnerabilities for cybersecurity approval on release software
- Learn and adapt to new requirements or changes
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with QNX, Unix/Linux
- Experience with IBM DOORS, IBM Clear quest, Rally
- Experience with VectorCAST unit testing tool
- Experience with version control system Git lab, Perforce
- Experience with Coverity on Polaris for static analysis tool
- Experience with IDE - Visual Studio/Eclipse
- Experience with C/C++
- Experience with Software Regression Testing
- Ability to work/collaborate with teams in a cross-functional team
- Ability to engage and build positive relationships with both customers and internal and external employees
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter and ability to lead the effort with minimum supervision
- Experience with C/C++ software development
