Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint) Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2003 and higher Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for flow charts/process flows version 2003 and higher Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Assist as needed in related activities or tasks deemed necessary by MTA-IT management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment.
